1) Overview

M3 Monitor is a subscription service used to monitor industrial motors and deliver operational notifications (for example, alerts related to current, temperature, vibration, or power state). These Terms apply to the public website and to communications delivered by M3 Monitor, including email and SMS notifications.

2) Eligibility and authorized access

• Accounts are provisioned by an administrator for each customer/tenant.
• Only authorized users may receive notifications for a tenant.
• You agree not to attempt to access systems or data that you are not authorized to access.

3) SMS messaging terms

Program name: M3 Monitor Alerts

By opting in to receive SMS notifications from M3 Monitor, you consent to receive text messages related to operational alerts and account notifications (for example: motor fault alerts, device offline notices, service status, and maintenance reminders). Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Message types: operational alerts, service notifications, and account-related messages requested by the customer.
• Message frequency: event-driven and varies based on monitored assets and configuration (typically fewer than 20 messages per month).
• Costs: message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
• Opt-out: reply STOP to cancel SMS messages at any time.
• Help: reply HELP for assistance or contact customer care at info@m3monitor.com.

Phone numbers used for SMS are provided by customers and are enabled by an administrator within the M3 Monitor application. Authorized users can disable SMS notifications at any time.

4) Prohibited use

• No spam or unsolicited marketing messages.
• No harassment, fraud, or unlawful content.
• No use that violates carrier or industry guidelines for messaging.

5) Service availability

The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Delivery of messages can be impacted by carrier filtering, network outages, device settings, and other factors outside of our control.
